The Best Chefs in Dubai are Coming Together to Help Turkey and Syria
Rikas Hospitality Group is working with some of the best chefs in the city to put on a series of dinners. Eventually, they want to help the people in Syria and Turkey who were hurt by the earthquakes. On Sunday, February 19, at 8 p.m., diners at the group’s three restaurants—La Cantine du Faubourg, Gohan, and Ninive—will be able to try special dishes made by chefs from different restaurants. All of the money made from these dinners will be donated to Emirates Red Crescent.
Stronger Together for Syria & Turkey Campaign
Under the “Stronger Together for Syria & Turkey” campaign, each set menu will cost Dhs750 per person. So, all of the money will go to the Emirates Red Crescent to help the people who were hurt by the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey.
Make sure to come next Sunday for a night of delicious food, good conversation, and helping a good cause. Gregoire Berger from Ossian, Yunus Emre Aydin from Marea, and Sara Aqel, who is the chef and co-founder of Dara by Sara Aqel, will all be guest chefs at La Cantine du Faubourg. These skilled chefs will work with Gilles Bosquet, who is the head chef for the restaurant group.
Chefs for Asian Food
If you like Asian food, Chef Reif Othman from Reif Japanese Kushiyaki, Chef Hadrien Villedieu from Rikas Group, and Chef Soleman Haddad from Moonrise will be cooking up a variety of Asian treats at Gohan. Along with their own chef Ali, Ninive will have Chef Salam from Bait Maryam and Chef Mohamed Orfali from Orfali Bros.
Stronger Together for Syria & Turkey is a great example of the power of working together. It shows how much can be done when people and groups work together for a good cause.
