Dubai’s Real Estate Market breaks record with Women’s Contributions

In 2022, a lot of women get involve in Dubai’s real estate market. 26,698 women registered 33,419 real estate investments worth more than AED58.8 billion in the emirate, which was up 50.7% in volume and 53.0% in value from the previous year.

According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the number of women investing in real estate went up by 50.8% in 2022 compared to the year before.

Women are getting more involved in Dubai’s real estate market. It shows that the UAE’s leaders want to make sure that women have the same chances as men in all parts of society and the economy. They have been encouraged to invest in the local economy because the emirate has a good economic outlook. It is resistant to instability in the region and the world, and has great infrastructure. Women have become more interested in investing in the space.  Moreover, it keeps growing and has a high rate of return on investment.

The goal of Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which was recently announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. He is to double the size of the emirate’s economy by 2033. Women are playing a key role in making this happen.
